1. How can I contact FastAndCure?

Yes, we ship our products globally to ensure everyone can benefit from our offerings.

3. Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

To accommodate our swift processing, changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, changes may not be possible.

4. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments for your convenience.

5. When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday to Friday within 1-3 business days from the order date. Shipments occur the following day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

6. How long does shipping take?

Due to high demand, your order may take approximately 2-4 weeks to arrive.

7. What if my order doesn't arrive?

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days after shipping, please contact us at info@roozeh.nl. We will investigate and provide a suitable resolution.

8. Are customs and taxes applicable?

Prices displayed are tax-free, but customs fees and taxes may apply upon receiving your order. You are responsible for these charges.

9. Can I return items for a refund?

Given the nature of our products, which include food and herbs, we are unable to offer refunds. We take immense care to ensure the quality and authenticity of our offerings. Contact us with your order number and related images. We'll promptly address your case.
